Our riding lesson program has been developed especially for young
beginners, though a valuable program for all ages. We limit lead line
work to building the correct foundation, our students will be able to
safely progress to independent/supervised riding.
We accept and welcome beginning students of all ages.
Students will learn through "Natural Horsemanship" techniques
how horses think and respond. With this knowledge, children
students will develop safe ground manners, learn to work and be
around the horses safely.
Our lesson program is flexible to fit the needs of each student. We
work hard at keeping our lesson program affordable to allow all
those who wish to pursue horses an opportunity to work with these
wonderful creatures.
Our lessons run approximately 1- 1 1/2 hour long, one or more times
per week. The lessons will be part ground work and part in the
saddle riding. Times will be scheduled on an individual basis.
New challenges will be presented on a regular basis as well as
always reviewing foundation work. This approach ensures that each
student continue to progress in a positive and safe manner.
Students will develop trust between them and their horse. They will
learn to work as a team with the horse and instructor. Through this
process self esteem, self confidence, physical strength, trust, reward
are just a few of the qualities our students will develop.
Safety is always our first priority. We require and provide helmets to
each and every student.
| Lesson Fees: $35.00 per session. **Visa/Master Cards Accepted through PayPal** Gift certificates also available a great gift idea! Want to know what it is like to own a horse/pony? Horse/Pony Leasing Available: We occasionally have horses or ponies available for lease. Leasing a horse allows riding students more time to practice their riding and develop their horsemanship skills. It also gives them a chance to really bond with their horse and experience horse ownership with out the stress of searching for the right horse or the long term commitment. Leases run month to month, paid one month in advance. Email us for more info on our lesson program, to register, or to inquire about our schooling horses available for lease.
