| 2012 Spring Break Horse Camp |
| Answering the call from many parents we are happy to offer a Spring Break Horse Camp at The Mitchell Ranch. We offer two different weeks April 2-5, 2012 & April 9 - 12, 2012 9:00 am - 3:00 pm |
| Students will explore a variety of subjects from horse anatomy to riding. Students will ride both bareback and in saddle to develop balance and security. We will use a variety of ponies and horses of different sizes. Students will bring bag lunches which will be enjoyed in the redwood grove or picnic tables by our arena. The sessions will be filled with grooming, tacking up, riding, feeding and cleaning to preparing the horses to bed down for the day. Students will also learn tack care and horse health issues. Our students enjoy the outdoors all day long and the experience of working together to learn about horses and riding. Along the way learning team work, sportsmanship, gaining self confidence and pride. They help and support each other in their efforts to learn about horses and to ride. The children learn to respect each other and the horses. Our hope is that our campers leave the ranch with a sense of wonder and awe of horses. That they learn patience, understanding and compassion for the animals and each other. All the while enjoying the great natural beauty of the outdoors. Un-Plug your kids this Spring! |

| Session class size is limited to 4 students each session. This will ensure maximum personal attention and training for each student. Sessions are 4 days Mondays-Thursdays. Hours are 9:00 am - 3:00 pm. On-site day care provided for additional cost for extended hours. Sign up with a friend! It's a great way to have some Spring time fun! |

| Balance due two weeks prior to Session Start Date. Late Registrations made within two weeks of session start must be paid in full at time of registration and will be subject to availability. In the event that weather prohibits camp, a refund will be issued. |
